Success shouldn’t only be measured by what you earn, achieve, or accumulate. The real dividend is having more control over your time, more clarity about what matters, and a life that actually feels like yours.
The Life Dividend provides private coaching for professionals who have built successful lives on paper—but are questioning whether the life they’ve built is still the one they want.
For people ready to redesign what’s next.
The Life Dividend's 6-Week Coaching Program is our signature small group coaching experience for professionals who feel successful, capable, and accomplished—but increasingly disconnected from the life they actually want.
Over 6 weeks, we’ll examine where you are, define what you want your life to look like, identify what’s standing between the two, and create a realistic strategy for moving forward.
We’ll work through areas such as:

Money matters.
So do ambition, achievement, and security.
But they’re supposed to produce something in return: time, freedom, experiences, relationships, purpose, and the ability to decide how you want to live.
That’s your Life Dividend.
The question isn’t whether you’ve been successful.
It’s whether your success is paying you back.
Raymond Aguirre, BSN, RN, PHN
Raymond is a nurse, entrepreneur, and coach focused on helping professionals build lives with more freedom, purpose, and alignment.
After more than a decade in healthcare, Raymond worked his way from the bedside into management and executive leadership. On paper, the progression looked like success. But greater responsibility also brought longer hours, mounting stress, and less time for the parts of life that mattered most.
Eventually, he began questioning a definition of success built primarily around titles, income, and achievement.
That experience became the foundation for The Life Dividend—the idea that what we build should ultimately give something back: more freedom, more time, deeper relationships, meaningful experiences, and greater control over how we live.
Today, Raymond brings together his experience in healthcare, leadership, entrepreneurship, and his own ongoing journey of life redesign to help others think more deliberately about what they want from their careers and their lives.
His approach isn’t about abandoning ambition. It’s about making sure what you’re working toward is actually worth what it costs you.
